With that as our foundation, we stand behind our products. If you are not 100% elevated in life quality, we will promptly issue a refund.

Returns & Common Questions
How long do I have to return a product?
30 days from the arrival date.
When will I receive my credit?
Once the product is returned to our warehouse, you’ll be credited to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. If you purchased using a gift card or store credit, you’ll receive store credit.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping and any applicable fees are detailed in our Returns & Withdrawal Policy. In short: customers are responsible for return postage, and shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is due to our error or a damaged product, we cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund upon verification.
What products can I return?
We accept unused, unopened products in sellable condition, in the same condition you received them, within 30 days of the arrival date. Purchases made under wholesale terms are not eligible for return.
What about the Taste Guarantee on EverPup and Nutrocept?
If you’re using the 100% Taste Guarantee on EverPup or Nutrocept, we will take back an open jar (even an empty one), as long as you provide a copy of your original receipt and you haven’t used the guarantee before. This is a separate promise from our standard return policy and from EU withdrawal rights.
Can I exchange a product?
If you were shipped the incorrect product, we’ll ship the correct one to you. Email us at cs@functionalnutriments.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
What if my product arrived damaged?
If the lid, seal, or label is damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right. Email cs@functionalnutriments.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
I’m a wholesaler with expired product. What now?
If you’re a wholesaler with expired product, email cs@functionalnutriments.com to inquire about making an exchange.
How do international returns work?
If you’re returning from a non-U.S. address, email cs@functionalnutriments.com to start the return process. Please include your order number, the date of purchase, and the exact items you want to return. EU/EEA customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal should use the EU Right of Withdrawal form instead.
What if my order is held at customs?
International orders may occasionally encounter customs-related delays. We work closely with our fulfillment partners and carriers to keep international orders compliant with customs regulations, but orders can sometimes be held at customs despite our best efforts. We’re unable to issue refunds for orders detained at customs. These cases are infrequent, and most international orders arrive without any issue. We simply want you to have the full picture when placing your order.
