Withdraw from your order
If you are an EU consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Use the form below to send us your withdrawal declaration. You'll receive an email confirming we've received it.
Step 1 - Tell us what you're withdrawing. Complete the fields below: full name, order reference number, the email address used on the order, and the item(s) you're withdrawing from are all required. The date you received the goods is optional.
Step 2 - Confirm. After you submit, you'll see a confirmation screen summarizing your request. Press "Confirm withdrawal" to send it. Nothing is submitted until you confirm this second step.
Please note: sealed consumable supplements that have been opened are excluded from the statutory withdrawal right for health-protection reasons, but any unopened, sealed units in your order remain eligible. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
